Despite my natural athleticism, I bore the weight of being the chubby kid, escalating to the concerning classification of medically obese.
Driven by an unwavering determination to shed this stifling identity, my journey into dietary exploration commenced early on—embracing keto, low-carb, sugar elimination, Atkins, veganism, intermittent fasting, and even committing to a year and a half of one meal a day, all while maintaining a highly active lifestyle and incorporating extensive cardio.
Despite pouring effort into these pursuits, success remained elusive, and I found myself ensnared in the disheartening cycle of yo-yo dieting, haunted by a persistent guilt surrounding food choices.
